Customisable Sizes and Colours
Our chair mats can be made to measure in custom sizes up to 1.5m wide x 7m in length to fit your space. Coupled with a choice of 11 colour shades, these mats look great and will fit anywhere.

Returns for custom items are limited to manufacturing defects or errors on our part. Returns for correctly supplied mats are considered at our discretion and will incur a customisation fee. Protects Your Floors
Shades Custom Chair Mats will help protect both hard floors and carpets from the damaging effects of chair wheels or legs. No more wear and rips in your carpets or scratches and indentations on your hard floors.
Comfort Underfoot
The soft fabric is much more comfortable and warming than traditional chair mats. Take your shoes off and relax whilst working. Pop your socks off even, no one will notice other than you!
Dimensionally Stable Rubber Backing
The dimensionally stable rubber backing will not split or crack and resists rucking beneath the wheels or legs of a chair. A choice of smooth backing and claw backing will help keep the mat in place on hard floors or carpets. For medium to deep pile carpets (9mm+), we recommend combining the chair mat with our Teebaud Premium Mat Underlay product, which is very effective at preventing any mat movement or rucking when the chair is moved. You should still select the claw backing, so the mat grips the underlay.
Washable Chair Mat
The mat face is incredibly durable, stain-resistant and easy to clean without the need for chemicals. Perfect to cope with those coffee spills or lunches at your desk. The mats can also be laundered in a washing machine, although larger mats may only fit in a commercial washing machine.
With or Without Border
Choose to have your custom chair mats with or without a rubber border. You may prefer to have one without a border for aesthetic reasons. The fibres are bonded to the rubber backing to prevent shedding.
Standard or Custom Sizes
To order custom sizes, choose ‘Custom Size’ in the Size dropdown box, choose all your other options (Colour, Backing & Border) and boxes will appear beneath the price to enter the measurements you require. The price will automatically be calculated.
There are minimum and maximum custom sizes. Larger sizes cost less/m2 as shown in the Measurement Price Bands displayed.
NB: Due to natural shrinkage in the manufacturing process, there may be a +/- 3% size variation on made-to-measure mats made with borders. The custom size you enter is the size the mat will be made to, which includes the borders. Mats made without borders are cut to your exact size requirement.

The fabric-and-rubber chair mat which I purchased from TrustedMats makes an attractive and comfortable replacement for a clear plastic mat. The underside does not grip the carpet beneath quite as well as I had hoped but this is not a major concern.

First off, they answered my questions really fast, there was a real person on the chat, not a BOT.
It was easy to order online, I got an update and ETA email. The mat arrived in just over 1 week.

Purchased a shades eco chair mat to put my computer table and chair on. I am very pleased with the quality of the mat. It was not cheap but looks very sturdy and hardwearing. The Mat has rubber gripping on the bottom to stop it moving position which is beneficial.
The only thing that could have been better was the timescale. It took about 3 weeks to arrive but they are made to order and i ordered it at the end of November which is the busiest time of the year for most online retailers and that would have increased the lead time. Very pleased with the purchase.
