Our most popular mats and for good reason. With a fantastic range of colour shades to choose from and the ability to have them made-to-measure in any custom size up to 1.5m wide by any length, these mats look great and will fit anywhere.

Eco-Friendly

Made from recycled materials, Shades Eco Heavy Duty Mats are the eco-friendly choice of floor mat. The face, 95% constructed of recycled PET plastic bottles, is incredibly stain resistant and easy to clean without the need for chemicals. The mats can also be laundered in a washing machine. The fact that they are so durable, means that the mats are replaced less often and so fewer end up in landfill.

Different backings to help reduce movement

The SuperStyrene rubber backing will not ripple, split, crack or curl even in high footfall areas. With a choice of backing types to help keep the mat in place on hard floors, carpets or in mat wells/recesses, Shades Eco Heavy Duty mats will keep performing and looking great for many years.

Mats with Borders or without

Choose with or without rubber border. You may prefer to have without border for aesthetic reasons or if you are fitting the mat into a well or recess. Mat well backing uses thicker 2.5mm dimensionally stable rubber.

How to order Custom Sizes

To order custom sizes, choose ‘Custom Size’ in the Size dropdown box, choose all your other options (Colour, Backing & Border) and boxes will appear beneath the price to enter the measurements you require. The price will automatically calculate.

There are minimum and maximum custom sizes. Larger sizes cost less/m2 as shown in the Measurement Price Bands displayed.

Ordering to fit in a Mat Well / Recess

Choose ‘Mat Well’ backing and choose ‘No Rubber Border’. Ensure you measure accurately. You may wish to add a little to each dimension, to allow you to trim to size on-site to ensure a snug fit. This is simple to do with a sharp utility knife and steel rule. With the thicker mat well backing the total mat depth is 12.5mm and is suitable for use in mat wells of depth 10-12.5mm.

Delivery timescale

All Shades Eco Heavy Duty Mats are custom made to order and delivered in approximately 2 weeks. We will notify you on despatch and provide full tracking information.
