Sizing Advice: We recommend a minimum of 3 tiles in the direction of travel for effective dirt removal. Where space allows, installing at least 6 tiles ensures maximum tyre rotation and highly effective dirt and water removal.

Drying Zone Tip: These tiles are highly recommended for use as a dry-off zone immediately following a Waterhog Plus Forklift Mat sanitising bath to dry tyres instantly.

Installation Tip: Tiles must be securely fixed into position to prevent movement under heavy machinery. We recommend using our industrial double-sided tape (one roll of tape will install approximately 5 tiles).

Important Usage Rules:

To ensure maximum product longevity and performance, forklifts must always drive straight over the mat. Drivers should strictly avoid turning, pivoting, or braking aggressively while on the surface, as the extreme rotational torque can tear the fibres and damage the mat structure. Additionally, the mat must be kept clear of stationary loads; pallets, crates, or heavy equipment should never be placed or dragged across the surface, as this can crush the raised nubs and compromise the liquid-retention system.
