Free UK Delivery 3 days

Designed for high-performance environments, our Interlock Flow Tiles are made from 100% Nitrile Rubber, offering maximum resistance to grease, oil, and chemicals. The flow-through surface features drainage holes that allow liquids and debris to pass through, helping to maintain a cleaner and safer workspace.

These tiles are ideal for wet or oily areas where slip resistance and hygiene are criticalโ€”such as commercial kitchens, food prep zones, and industrial workstations. They also provide excellent anti-fatigue support for workers who stand for long periods.

Each tile measures 92 x 92cm and can be easily cut to fit around equipment, fixtures, or flush against walls for a tailored installation.

Optional Edges for Safety & Accessibility

Bevelled Nitrile Rubber edges are available to reduce trip hazards and allow smooth transitions for wheeled traffic. Yellow safety edges are also available for increased visibility in busy environments.
Edges measure 5.5 x 92cm and can be used for straight edges or corners. Female edges fit male tile connectors and vice versa. Corner sections can be trimmed as needed.

Installation Instructions

Interlock Tiles Installation GuideTools Required:

  • Non-marking rubber mallet or standard hammer
  • Sharp utility knife (e.g. Stanley knife) for trimming tiles or edges

Preparation

Before installation, ensure the matwell or floor area is thoroughly cleaned and free from dust, dirt, and debris. A clean surface helps the tiles interlock properly and sit flat.

Installation Steps

  1. Start in a Corner

Begin in one corner of the matwell or designated area.
Connect the first tiles together, then continue building outwards to create the required size and layout.

Tap tiles gently into place using a mallet or by hand to ensure a secure connection.

  1. Adding Bevelled Edges (If Required)

Interlock Flow uses two types of bevel edges: female and male. Female bevels connect to the visible interlocking side of a tile. Male bevels connect to the straight (nonโ€‘interlocking) tile edge.

Both bevel types simply click into place to create a neat, safe ramped perimeter.

  1. Cutting Tiles or Bevels

Tiles and bevel edges can be easily trimmed using a sharp utility knife.

Cutting Tiles:

Use the moulded guide lines on the underside of the tile to achieve clean, accurate cuts.

Following these lines ensures the cut tile will still interlock correctly and accept bevel edges where needed.

Cutting Bevel Edges:

Attach the bevel to the tile first, then trim the bevel to create:

A straight outer edge, or

A neat mitre in corners (as typically shown in installation diagrams).

  1. Optional Adhesive

Superglue or similar adhesive may be used to bond tiles or bevels together, but it is not required.
The interlocking system is designed to hold securely without glue in most installations.
