Versatile Interlocking tiles to fit custom size and shape floor areas with anti-slip and anti-fatigue tiles. Tiles can be further cut to fit any area. Optional edges for additional safety.

1 Year GuaranteeInterlocking standard rubber tiles allow easy coverage of custom size and shape areas with anti-fatigue and anti-slip matting. The flow-through design makes the Interlock Flow Tiles particularly suited to wet areas or areas where debris can fall through to create a safer standing surface.

These versatile tiles can be used for a multitude of uses, including anti-fatigue, anti-slip, floor protection and sound dampening.

Each tile measures 90 x 90cm and can be further cut to fit around furniture, fixtures or flush to walls.

Optional bevelled edges can be attached to the tiles to reduce trip hazards or enable wheeled traffic to transition over the mats, with the yellow colour edges an additional safety option for higher visibility.

Edges measure 7.5 x 100cm and can also be used for corners. Corner section measuring 7.5 x 7.5cm can easily be cut off as required for edges. Female Edges fit on Male Tile connectors and vice versa.

Installation Instructions

Interlock Tiles Installation GuideTools Required:

  • Non-marking rubber mallet or standard hammer
  • Sharp utility knife (e.g. Stanley knife) for trimming tiles or edges

Preparation

Before installation, ensure the matwell or floor area is thoroughly cleaned and free from dust, dirt, and debris. A clean surface helps the tiles interlock properly and sit flat.

Installation Steps

  1. Start in a Corner

Begin in one corner of the matwell or designated area.
Connect the first tiles together, then continue building outwards to create the required size and layout.

Tap tiles gently into place using a mallet or by hand to ensure a secure connection.

  1. Adding Bevelled Edges (If Required)

Interlock Flow uses two types of bevel edges: female and male. Female bevels connect to the visible interlocking side of a tile. Male bevels connect to the straight (nonโ€‘interlocking) tile edge.

Both bevel types simply click into place to create a neat, safe ramped perimeter.

  1. Cutting Tiles or Bevels

Tiles and bevel edges can be easily trimmed using a sharp utility knife.

Cutting Tiles:

Use the moulded guide lines on the underside of the tile to achieve clean, accurate cuts.

Following these lines ensures the cut tile will still interlock correctly and accept bevel edges where needed.

Cutting Bevel Edges:

Attach the bevel to the tile first, then trim the bevel to create:

A straight outer edge, or

A neat mitre in corners (as typically shown in installation diagrams).

  1. Optional Adhesive

Superglue or similar adhesive may be used to bond tiles or bevels together, but it is not required.
The interlocking system is designed to hold securely without glue in most installations.

Great product to use to avoid getting slippery wooden top step. Slightly tricky to put the edging on but got there.

  3. Adam Steiner

I ordered several large rubberised mats to line the floor of my un-tanked cellar. They arrived quickly and in good shape, and did a good job.
