Heavy‑duty logo mats designed for busy environments such as schools, offices and retail spaces. Made in the UK and dispatched within 7–10 working days, these mats are built to deliver long‑lasting performance in high footfall areas.
Our mats are ChromoJET printed from an impressive palette of 130 standard colours, allowing your logo or message to stand out with exceptional clarity. Colours are printed deep into the fibres to ensure long‑term vibrancy that will not wear away throughout the lifetime of the mat. Colour samples are available upon request.
To support a more sustainable manufacturing process, the surface is produced using ECONYL® regenerated nylon—a premium yarn made entirely from recovered waste materials, including discarded textiles and industrial plastics. ECONYL® offers the same durability and appearance as traditional nylon while helping to reduce waste and conserve natural resources.
Easy to maintain, the mats can be commercially laundered or simply cleaned using a vacuum or carpet extraction system. Kaleidoscope Heavy Duty Logo Mats are extremely durable and will remain looking great for years, even in very high footfall traffic areas.
Custom sizes are available up to 2.4m wide with a rubber border or 2.35m without a border, in lengths up to 6m. The 100% nitrile rubber backing comes in a choice of smooth or claw finish to keep the mat securely in place on either hard floors or carpets. For mat wells and recesses, an extra‑thick 2.5mm dimensionally stable backing is available.
NB: Due to natural shrinkage in the manufacturing process, there may be a +/- 2% size variation on made-to-measure mats made with borders. The custom size you enter is the size the mat will be made to, which includes the borders. Mats made without borders are cut to your exact size requirement.

Let us know if you plan to fit the mat into a mat well / recess and follow these instructions:
- Choose ‘Mat Well’ backing and choose ‘Without Rubber Border’. Ensure you measure accurately. You may wish to add a little to each dimension, to allow you to trim to size on-site to ensure a snug fit. This is simple to do with a sharp utility knife and steel rule. With the thicker mat well backing the total mat depth is 12.2mm and is suitable for use in mat wells of depth 10-12mm.
